I haven't been doing much of anything lately, except working and playing video games. I've been trying to collect all the bonus material for The World Ends With You. I really enjoy playing it, and the art is splendid, as per most Squeenix games. I would really like to start some Metriod games though. I think it's time I become a proper Metriod fan, instead of admiring it shyly from a distance. Goshdarn, those Other M videos look sweet. I wish I owned a Wii. Also so I can play Skyward Sword, because I'm really excited to see where this game is going.

Head over to Moon Chase to check out this sweet news! The Sailor Moon 20th Anniversary collection is up to be licensed for US and other English speaking regions. In case anyone hasn't seen the Japanese Sailor Moon Anniversary boxed sets... they are very pretty.

I'm wrapping up the end of the term right now, and I've spent a lot of the past week working on the new Pink Ink website for my class in content management systems. It's not quite done yet - I'm still working out how to format a few pages - but I hope to have it live this summer. It's looking fantastic. ;)

I was looking forward to this summer as a time where I could focus on art and drawing, but that is not the case anymore. I've (miraculously) acquired a full time internship in California, so I'll be busy to say the least. I will still have plenty of time to draw, just not oodles of it. And I will have to leave all of my drawing tools behind except my tablet. Shame, I really wanted to bust out the Copics and Primacolor Pencils. I can't complain too much because I will probably save up all my earnings to purchase aforementioned DVD boxed sets as soon as they go up for pre-order... whenever that happens.

This is the first thing I've drawn in a while - more Sailor Moon fan art, of course. This was pretty fun to draw. I had a little help with the pose, but I can't remember from whom. I tried to make this similar to my Sailor Mercury fan art piece, because I've gotten some requests to do more like it. I want to color it properly.

Things are still busy for me. It's getting close to the end of the quarter, though. I hope I can wrap up the work for two out of four classes this weekend.
